Adulting 101 Org takes a total-life-approach to develop the strength of your most prized assets. This is an 8-week intensive that will bring the best out of your workforce. We begin by covering life concepts to help them create a strategic life plan. We then move into a lesson on personal financial management and help them create quarterly budgets. Then we conclude the lesson by analyzing specific traits that either increase or decrease their income earning potential.
By building a strategic life plan and budget first, we are able to directly draw correlations between work performance and accomplishments of their goals. These merge the goals of the company and the goals of the individual to produce a working environment that will certainly cause any organization to promote a healthy working culture, increased employee retention, and better bottom line.
